COLUMBIA CITY, IN | 2020 Chevrolet 1500 SilveradoFebruary 22, 2023The technician didn't install the lug nuts after rotating my tires which caused my wheel to fall off while driving down the highway. I was told City would MORE than make up for it. At the end of the day they did bare minimum, not to mention wasted my time on multiple occasions swapping out loaner vehicles. Even though City is only a few minutes from my house I will be driving an extra half hour to use a different dealership in Fort Wayne or Warsaw. This experience would also detour me from ever purchasing a vehicle from City knowing that their service department would likely have to work on my truck for recalls or warranty issues.
