COLUMBIA CITY, IN | 2021 GMC AcadiaMay 12, 2026My car was taken in for maintenance on steering wheel column. Brian sent me an estimate for over $1,400 and text me 2-17-26 stating I had a leak from my oil pan that needed repaired. IMy vehicle was still under warranty. I scheduled an appointment last week 5-6-26 to get the oil leak fixed. After having my vehicle for 3 days, Brian told my husband there was no oil leak and I could pick my car up. I was provided an estimate of non-related work that Brian claimed I needed to have done, but yet it was not actually necessary. I feel like this service department cannot be trusted and was attempting to take advantage of me.Response from City Chevrolet
